Larsen of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services about his oversight of a $5 billion taxpayer-funded retiree program and a federal high-risk health insurance pool,
established in the recent healthcare law.

Rep. Myrick's first question focused on the fact that companies, some yielding as much as $20 billion in profits last year, have received taxpayer-funded giveaways
from the Obama administration to fund their early retiree benefits programs. Mr. Larsen fails to explain why these
