Our employee basis is now very diverse. We have young people, older people, families, singles and flexibility is the key. The ability to bring a program to the table that can address this diverse employee base we have, that they can all pick and choose programs that are right for them, at the time where they are in their lives.
Our needs for our health insurance changes through life and that's why diversity and flexibility are important. I don't want to skirt the idea of price and price is important and it's an indication of the flexibility of what we're trying to bring to the table so we can pick plans that address the 25 year old singes or bring a program to the table to address what families are looking for or people that are older that want to safeguard against that hefty medical bill that could happen to us. So flexibility, the right pricing, these are the things we want to take a look at when determining the right health program.
